True transformation and well-being won't come from another diet; it comes from within. By cultivating mindfulness and self-love, we can tap into our own inner wisdom to create lasting change.
I'm a transformational wellness coach, licensed massage therapist, reiki master and training to be a yoga instructor.
I work with women who want to end their years-long struggle with food and their bodies, so they can finally feel confident in their skin, and have the energy and clarity to show up in the world in a powerful way.
I know what it's like to feel like you aren't living the life that was meant for you. After losing 112 lbs, I found my true calling to help women like yourself find their own version of health, happiness, and freedom.
My mission is to help women take back control of their lives and create lasting, positive changes by rediscovering their confidence while cultivating sustainable & mindful practices in all areas of life.
We are all unique individuals with different bodies, lifestyles, and health goals. What works for one person may not work for another. It's necessary to find an approach to nutrition that fits your individual needs by listening to your body.
After years of trial and error with yo-yo dieting, "food addiction", disordered eating, weight and body image struggles, I learned that the solution doesn't lie in another diet or quick-fix weight loss solution.
My programs are tailored to help you achieve your wellness goals in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. There are no quick fixes or strict rules. Wherever you are on your journey, I'm here to provide support, guidance, and resources to help you along the way.
If you're interested in working with me or learning more about my approach, I invite you to schedule a free 30-minute strategy session. We'll chat about your unique situation and see if we're a good fit to work together.
Mindful nutrition is a holistic approach to nourishment that involves paying attention to your physical and emotional experiences while eating, and making choices that support your overall well-being.
By combining mindfulness and nutrition, you can develop a more positive and sustainable relationship with food, and support your overall well-being. You can learn to enjoy food without the guilt or stress, and make nourishing choices that feel good for your body and mind.
The irony is, it is only when we love and accept ourselves that we begin to change.
Mindful self-love involves acknowledging and embracing your imperfections, and learning to accept and love yourself as you are, in the present moment. It involves recognizing that you are deserving of love and care, just as you are, and that you are worthy of living a fulfilling and meaningful life.
Mindful movement involves being present with your body and its sensations, without judgment, and moving in a way that feels good for you.
Mindful movement can involve any type of physical activity, from traditional exercises like yoga or walking, to more creative and playful forms of movement like dance or parkour. The key is to approach your movement with curiosity and openness, rather than striving for a certain outcome or performance.
